Customer Acquisition

Generate a fully detailed Promotional Plan to acquire
the number of customers required to meet the targets
in your Business Plan.
Price: £500 + VAT for 1 or 2 directors/partners
or £850 + VAT for 3 to 5 directors/partners.
Client Retention

Calculate how much extra profit can be obtained by
improving customer retention. Use a third of this
potential profit to fund retention strategies to deliver
it and leave two thirds on your bottom line.
Price: £500 + VAT for 1 or 2 directors/partners
or £850 + VAT for 3 to 5 directors/partners.
Step 2: make it LOW-TAX
We give you a free illustration
of the benefits available by structuring your business
to keep your expansion profits tax-free for up to
5 years.
Price: Our fees for our tax service are based on the
amount you save. A small up-front payment (£1,000)
to cover set-up costs is deducted from the first year's
fees.
Good news: our fees are based on your real tax-savings
(we update the numbers annually) so if there are no
tax savings, for example, if your profits are below
expectations, there will be nothing to pay.

Ongoing Business Planning
Service
Your Business Plan needs to be dynamic and responsive,
so we’ll come back every 3 months to review
progress, revise your plan and maintain momentum.
We tailor our service to the
support you need and that will obviously determine
the price.
We normaly suggest a quarterly
review of results and update of the business plan.
Quarterly Price: £750 +
VAT for 1 or 2 directors/partners or £1,250
+ VAT for 3 to 5 directors/partners.
